Approach

Compute, don't guess.

A different standard for the numbers a deal depends on: produced by a deterministic engine, traceable to source, and shipped by a person. Not estimated, not scraped, not hand-waved.

The doctrine

Three rules, on every deliverable.

Deterministic first

Financial results, every IRR, DSCR, and tax-credit figure, are produced by a deterministic engine. Two runs on the same inputs return the same answer, always.

Traceable to source

Every input is tied to a source document or labeled as an assumption, and the two are never blurred. Where the data room is silent, the value is flagged, never invented. Lineage is part of the deliverable.

Humans ship

No automated system transmits, files, signs, or executes a binding artifact. A person reviews and ships every deliverable. Review is a feature, not friction.

The model underneath

One structured view of how a project gets built.

Under every engagement is a single structured model of how a utility-scale project actually gets developed: more than 500 executable development tasks from site control through construction, each with a known owner, the inputs it needs, and the gate at which it must be resolved.

Diligence checks a project against that model. Development runs a project through it. The model is what makes a completeness grade a calculation instead of an opinion.

Where this is going

From method to product.

The same discipline is becoming a product set. We are honest about what is live today and what is still building.

DiligenceLive

Available today: the M&A audit. Model review, valuation, and sell-side readiness are taking first engagements.

DevelopmentBuilding

The project lifecycle system, from site control to construction.

The sourced benchmark layer that keeps the model current.
