Is this a fractional CFO service?
No. It is scoped to project-finance modeling and analysis. Fundraising, treasury, bookkeeping, and officer duties are out of scope by design.
Retainer or per-project?
Either. A retainer for ongoing modeling capacity, or a fixed scope for a single build or audit.
